Signing up is easy! Simply choose our VIP Scheme at checkout, prepay and enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing your dog’s grooming & daycare needs are covered for the foreseeable future. Each time you bring your dog in, we’ll deduct a session from your pre-paid grooms package.

What is included in each grooming session?

Each grooming session includes a full groom: Full bath using luxury shampoos and conditioners, Fluff dry with full brush out, Full haircut or Deshedding treatment to your requirements, nail trim, ear cleaning, a spritz of long lasting fragrance.

How do I sign up for the VIP Membership?

You can sign up for the VIP Membership during your next visit at either studio location.

Can I transfer my grooms to another pet?

No, the grooming sessions are non-transferable and are meant for the enrolled dog only.

What happens if I move or my pet passes away?

In the event of relocation or the passing of your pet, please contact our studio manager for assistance with your pre-paid sessions.
