We understand it is hard to keep on top of long haired coats, so we offer de-matting treatments alongside a full groom. These include a conditioning treatment and hand combing to remove tangles and matt’s (for mild matting only). In some cases a full clip off would be needed to de-matt. We would discuss this with you before any groom takes place. Please note this treatment is offered alongside a full groom only and price dependant on the severity of matting.
