At Crazy Tails Retreat, we are proud to hold a 5-Star License from Hillingdon Council for both doggy daycare and home boarding. This achievement reflects our Level 3 qualifications in daycare and boarding, as well as our ongoing commitment to delivering the very highest standards of care.

Prices for Retreat Residents (Weekly Attendance)
Full Day Daycare - £45/ day
3-Hour Drop-Off Session - £35/ session
Overnight Stay (incl. daycare) - £60/ night
Trial Daycare Session - £60/ day (full daycare session)

Full Day Daycare - £60/ day

Becoming a Retreat Resident Dog
Our Resident Dog rate of £45/ day is reserved exclusively for dogs attending daycare at least once a week (4 times per month), with all reservations and payments made monthly in advance. This regular attendance not only secures your dog’s place but also ensures:
- A consistent routine that reduces stress.
- Stronger bonds with our carers.
- A calmer, more settled group atmosphere.
- Long-term friendships between the dogs.
Before joining our daycare, every new dog is required to enjoy a Trial Daycare Session.
This exclusive introduction allows us to assess how comfortably your dog settles into our environment, interacts with other dogs, and engages with our team.
It also gives your dog the opportunity to explore the retreat, meet our carers, and begin building the familiarity and routine that form the foundation of a happy, stress-free daycare experience.
Overnight Home Boarding
Home Boarding is exclusively available to our Retreat Resident Dogs first to maintain a calm and familiar environment.
To ensure that every dog is comfortable and happy in our care, a Trial Stay is a mandatory step for all new boarding dogs.
We consider this an important part of our luxury care approach, giving both your dog and our team the chance to get to know one another and ensuring that our home boarding environment is the right fit.
This gentle introduction helps us provide the calm, reassuring, and personalised experience that The Retreat is known for, while giving you total peace of mind before committing to a longer stay.
Collection Policy:
If your dog is not attending daycare on the day of collection, they must be collected between 7:00am and 10:00am Monday to Friday or between 8:00am and 10:00am at weekends (excluding bank holidays).
Collections after this time will be charged at the standard daycare rate for that day.
Booking & Payment:
- 50% deposit required at the time of booking.
- Remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to your dog’s stay.
- Bookings made within 4 weeks must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Due to the limited number of boarding spaces available, payments are non-refundable.
Bank Holidays & Closed Dates
- Daycare: Closed on all bank holidays (to give our team a well-deserved break).
- Boarding: Open on bank holidays for Resident Dogs only, with a minimum 3-night stay. A £30 surcharge applies on the bank holiday date.
- Christmas Closure:
- Home boarding closed 23rd Dec – 2nd January.
- Daycare open 29th – 31st December.
- All services closed 25th & 26th December.
